Life as we know it

So I have been inspired by my wonderful friend to go back to blogging even if it is for my own personal relief. Its been a crazy couple of weeks in my house hold... Why you ask? Well to begin with my sister had her lovely baby Nate and getting used to having a new born in the house is easier said than done. That first week he was home I didn't think I would sleep any, I had to just shut my door and throw a pillow over my head. Thankfully The week after he came home I left for Hawaii to visit my wonderful family! To put it mildly Hawaii was an adventure! I had never really had the opportunity to get to know these particular family members all that well. I mean I knew who they were and when I saw them I could identify who they belonged to but that was about it. To say I was nervous about the trip in general was a bit of an understatement! Once I got there all that nervous energy left. I feel in love with section of the family! I was in doubled over laughing almost the entire week. If it wasn't one thing it was another! The week flew by and I wasn't ready to come back to real life. I completely and totally fell in love with the state and the people. I am really considering moving there upon graduation in the spring! But who knows what life has planned for us. I certainly don't! What else is new in my neck of the woods? It appears I will be going to The Democratic Republic of the Congo come spring time! I really am excited to get this opportunity. IT is one that I believe will open doors to the things God has in store for me! Well that's enough for tonight!
